Shipping policy

At The Dezign Shoppe our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time and Duration of Shipping.

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours.  Your hand made product will then be started.  Processing times vary for each product line, so please check the processing time of each product!!
    • Frame Sets- 2 weeks for approval photos and then once approved they are shipped within 2-3 business days.
    • Fabric Pin Boards or Magnetic Boards- 2-3 weeks unless it is marked as ready to ship.  If ready to ship will ship within 2-3 business days.
    • Chalk Boards or Dry Erase Board- 2-3 weeks unless it is marked as ready to ship.  If ready to ship will ship within 2-3 business days.
    • Sidewalk Boards- 1-2 weeks unless marked differently 
  • Duration of Shipping: .US orders are shipped by Fed Ex or USPS. After processing and leaving the shop, items usually take between 1-5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
  • Shipping Options: Orders are shipped with Fed Ex or USPS.  
  • Cost of Shipping:  Shipping is free for orders over $35.00 for the domestic U.S. and anything less calculated by size of box, weight, and destination. 
  • Handling Time: Typically 2-3 Business days
  • Restrictions: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
