What do I do with this hanging hardware I received with my picture frame?
Hardware is included with all frame sets. Some of the frames will have hardware installed. The included instructions will walk you through the hanging hardware installation process.
Do we accept refunds?
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that arrives damaged. Do not return damaged products without emailing us. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is authorized. Photos of the damaged item are required before a refund or replacement is processed.
If your product arrives and your unsatisfied with it we will work with you to make it right. However if you have ordered a custom frame set and not answered any messages to okay them they will not be allowed to be returned. Everything is done to get that perfect set for you.
When will I receive my order?
7- business day item- order will be shipped within 7 business days not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Any order processed after 12 p.m. CST will be processed on the next business day
Custom frame sets- all frame sets are sent approval photos before ship out. Once photos are approved then the set will be shipped within 3-4 days. If changes are made to frame set a new approval photo will be sent within a week. Typically the time frame to ship out is 3-4 weeks.
Pinboard, Chalkboard, Dry Erase Boards - All orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks unless it is marked as a 7 bus. day shipped out time frame. If changes are made from the original listing an approval photo will be sent before board is shipped out.
Sidewalk Chalkboards - will be shipped in 1-2 weeks.
Shipping transit time frame- shipping time frame is typically between 1-5 days depending on where you are located. All items are shipped from Illinois
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are accepted. Please send an email requesting specifically what you are looking for.
Do you accept rush orders?
We accept rush orders. Please send us a message prior to ordering. We do have a separate listing that can be purchased to expedite your order!
Do frame sets include glass?
All frame sets include glass unless specified on description. There is an option to purchase with glass or open frames on the drop down menu of the listing. For larger frames plexiglass can be ordered. Please message us to get an accurate price quote.
How do I pick my color options?
All frame set and boards can be customized in your specific colors. You can put your color choices in the note to seller box or if you need help picking you can message me. Please color swatches for availability.
How do I know what size frame to order?
Frame Sets- Our frames are listed according to what size print they will hold. For example: for an 8x10 print, you will need to purchase an 8x10 frame. If you purchase a set of frames they will range from 3 1/2x5 - 11x14 in. in size. Specific sizes can be requested please message me.
Boards- All boards dimensions are of the interior of the frame- how much space you have available to pin or write in. The outside dimension of the frame is dependent of the frame width or moulding.
Can I use chalk markers on chalk boards?
Yes, chalk markers can be used on all chalkboards, except magnetic boards.
